2015, workshop, USA
Role: Concept and co-facilitation with the Design Studio for Social Intervention
A workshop exploring the social distance of current race relations in the USA. Supplied with basic tools such as a ‘compass’, a delineated topography and key sites, participants cultivated their insights to chart tactics for care, appropriation and cohesion through socio-political territories. Collaborators included Kenneth Bailey, Judith Leemann and Najma Nazyat.
